Shake well before using. Adults: One (1) teaspoon daily; children ages 4-12: ½ teaspoon daily. Dilute in 2-3 ounces of water, or to taste. May be taken undiluted, or diluted in hot water for a nice herbal tea. Temporary dose: May be taken twice per day, as needed.

Avoid if nursing. If HIV positive, avoid taking more than 2 weeks. Caution with MS, lupus, and rheumatoid arthritis. Consult your practitioner if pregnant.

Preservatives, binders, artificial colorings or flavorings, lactose, salt, wheat, gluten, soybeans, milk derivatives, eggs, peanuts, tree nuts, fish or shellfish.
